By accessing and using DutchWerks ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, you are not authorized to use or access the Site. DutchWerks reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on DutchWerks for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by DutchWerks at any time.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on DutchWerks are provided on an "as is" basis. DutchWerks makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, DutchWerks does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall DutchWerks or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on DutchWerks, even if DutchWerks or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Privacy

DutchWerks is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during your visit to our website or through the order process is used solely for the purpose of processing your order, communicating with you about your order, and improving our services. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers, FFL dealers, payment processors).

6. Compliance with Laws

All firearms and related products sold through DutchWerks are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the items ordered. Firearms must be transferred through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to the purchase, possession, and use of any items purchased through this Site.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DutchWerks, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the materials or your breach of these Terms.

8. Product Availability & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. DutchWerks reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

Prices displayed as MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) reflect the manufacturer's advertised price. Your actual purchase price may be lower and will be reflected in your shopping cart and at checkout.

9. FFL Transfers

All firearms (including receivers and frames) must be shipped to a valid FFL holder. You are responsible for selecting a valid FFL dealer and ensuring they can receive your firearm transfer. DutchWerks is not responsible for delays caused by FFL dealers who are unable or unwilling to receive transfers. Transfer fees charged by your FFL dealer are your responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.

10. Links & Third-Party Content

DutchWerks has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by DutchWerks. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

General Returns

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request an RA number, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items returned without an RA number will be refused. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective ("change of mind") returns, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The restocking fee is waived — and we cover return shipping — when the return is our fault (item defective, damaged in transit, wrong item shipped, or not as described). We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method for the full value of the item. See our Returns & Refunds and Warranty pages for a plain-English walkthrough.

Firearm Returns

Firearms may only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Firearms must be returned through an FFL dealer — the same transfer process used for purchase applies to returns. Do not ship a firearm directly to us. Contact us to initiate a firearm return and we will provide instructions for your FFL dealer to return the item.

Firearm returns are subject to inspection. If the firearm has been fired, altered, or shows signs of use beyond initial inspection, the return may be denied or subject to additional restocking fees.

NFA / Class 3 Items

NFA items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles, etc.) are subject to a 10–20% restocking fee depending on the item and manufacturer. Due to the ATF transfer process, NFA returns require additional paperwork and processing time. Contact us for specific return instructions for NFA items.

Optics & Electronics

Optics (scopes, red dots, binoculars, etc.) and electronic accessories must be returned in new, unopened, original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Opened or mounted optics may not be accepted for return. Warranty claims for defective optics should be directed to the manufacturer.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund. Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Manufacturer Warranty

Most products sold through DutchWerks are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. For defects or issues covered under warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. DutchWerks vendors honor manufacturer warranties and will assist where possible, but warranty service is ultimately the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Refused Shipments

Orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to the following charges:

• First refusal: Original shipping charges + 5% restocking fee
• Second refusal: Original shipping charges + return shipping charges + 10% restocking fee
• Repeated refusals may result in account suspension

Used or Installed Items

Items that have been used, installed, fired, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return. This includes firearms that have been fired, parts that have been installed, and accessories that show signs of use. Returns are evaluated upon receipt and DutchWerks reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Ammunition

Due to safety and liability concerns, ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned. This includes ammunition that has been opened, partially used, or is no longer desired. Defective ammunition should be reported to the manufacturer.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).

Shipping Rates

DutchWerks charges a flat rate of $15.00 for shipping on all orders under $199. Orders of $199 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Firearms and NFA items may require additional processing time for FFL verification and compliance checks. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Firearm Shipments

Firearms are shipped directly to your selected FFL dealer. We must receive a copy of the dealer's FFL license before we can ship a firearm. Delays in FFL verification will delay your shipment. Firearms ship via overnight or expedited shipping with adult signature required.

Split Shipments

Orders containing both firearms and non-firearm items will be shipped separately. Non-firearm items ship to your provided shipping address. Firearm items ship to your selected FFL dealer. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
