Common Questions

How does buying a firearm online work?

Firearms can’t ship to your door. Every firearm ships to a licensed FFL dealer of your choice, where you complete a background check (ATF Form 4473) and take possession in person. You must be at least 21 and legally permitted to purchase.

Do I need an account to buy or track an order?

No. We support guest checkout and no forced accounts. You can track an order or start a return from the link in your confirmation email, or from the Track an Order page.

When will I get tracking?

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a clickable tracking link the moment your order leaves the warehouse. Firearm shipments go to your FFL; accessories ship to your address.

Can I cancel an order?

If your order hasn’t been sent to our supplier yet, you can cancel it yourself from the Track an Order page and be refunded automatically. After that, contact us and we’ll help where we can.
